Marvellous location - just next door to Christianskirche Church. Exceptionally nice breakfast with a wide array of food options.

The room I stayed in was nicely furnished and large, it had 1 double bed. The location was excellent, for example, Altonaer Balkon Park was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I just want to say thanks! Well-maintained and reasonably priced place, it has very helpful staff with reservation.

Enjoyed our nicely furnished rooms, plus the staff was accommodating! Had a nice breakfast with a lovely spread. Location: the hotel was not far from nearest coffee, and nice coffee places, restaurants and shops. Café Cafe Bar Knuth located 1 km away was a nice surprise. All in all our stay was really really nice, no reason to complain.

Modern place & silent room that was good modern. It was in the central location close to station. I came here for 2 nights and had a fine stay.

There was lots of excellent meals. Its location right next to the Altona station with all public transports readily available to go anywhere was good and excellent.

All in all everything was very good, had a comfortable stay for a business trip. The standard plus double room with the window open, facilities worked for us. A mini bar fridge, climate control, and an electronic key card were good.

We had a good stay for Business or Family Holidays.

The venue was set in the central position short walk to nearest coffee, and railway, subway, restaurants and meeting place. Altona district was worth visiting.

During my stay at the Intercityhotel Hamburg Altona, I was impressed by the excellent location right next to the Hamburg central station. This made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my train and explore the city. The hotel also provided a free bus/train pass, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean and efficiently designed, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and I had a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to various restaurants and the beautiful river bank of the Elbe. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

While the hotel had a restaurant/bar, I found that it lacked a bit of atmosphere. Additionally, the pillows provided in the room were oddly too soft, which made it a bit uncomfortable to find the right support for my head.

Very comfortable hotel for family or business trip

Stayed in this property for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our choice. The place was fairly clean and reliable, it had welcoming staff with reservation. The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. Altona district was worth staying in. Had soft drinks in the main bar.

Although we appreciated the vicinity of the station, the location of the hotel is too close, I. E. directly next to the platform: You can hear the announcements of the station even if the windows are closed.
